    • IVR (1 needs to be pressed for policy details again 1 needs to be pressed for Fund value) from registered contact. 
    • Whatsapp (send Hi message on 02262749898 from registered contact after receiving automated message reply 1)
    • Add website process (Switch fund option process, Add policy details, Date of birth and generate an OTP, choose the policy)
